MSH is recruiting for senior-level managers and technical advisors in anticipation of a procurement to provide essential services to orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) in a large OVC Umbrella Grants project. The anticipated emphasis of this project is on J strengthening community-level services, building capacity, increasing coordination-between federal, state, LGA and community levels, and improving quality assurance and a monitoring & evaluation

Qualifications
The Chief of Party should possess significant (10 years or more) experience designing, implementing, and managing complex primary health care programs in developing countries on a similar scale.


The Technical Director should possess substantial (8 years or more) technical and management experience in the field of primary health and skills needed to provide excellence in program design, implementation, and management of HTV/AIDS and/or OVC projects.

The Grants Manager should possess 6 years or more experience and substantial experience overseeing US Government supported grants programs as well as providing training and capacity building to local nongovernmental organizations.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor should possess 6 years or more M&E experience in large, internationally funded health programs, including the use of data to inform decision-making, planning, resource allocation, and other strategic initiatives. Preference given to candidates with experience in OVC and HIV/ AIDS programming.

The Technical Advisors should possess substantial (6 years or more) state-of-the-art experience in their respective area of expertise.

All positions require a Master's degree in a relevant field; excellent oral and written English; and willingness to travel within Nigeria as needed.
